Color bubbles
Example:
1: Open the image you wan to put color bubbles on.
2: Choose the Standard Selection Tool
3: I like to use the Circle shape (or else it won't be bubbles :), and soft edge 90
4: Make a circle anywhere on the picture.
5: Click on Format -> Hue and Saturation. If you choose colorize, you'll get the best result (my opinion)
6: Drag the Hue thing to the left or right, depended on which color you will use. Click OK.
