Scanlines

Example:

1: Make a new image which is 4 x 4 pixels, or take this and paste into a new image.

2: If you're making your own, choose the paintbrush. Settings: 1px small, transparency/opacity and soft edge to 0.

3: Make a diagonal line like this in any color you like.

4: Press Ctrl + A to select all.

5: Right click and choose Convert to object (or press Ctrl + Shift + O)

6: Now, the Easy palette have to be open. Right click on the toolbar and choose Easy palette. (in pi7 you can press on F2 or click on this picture

7: Drag the image as you just converted to an object into the easy palette, and click OK. Now the scanline will be there, so you don't need to do all these steps once again.

8: Open the picture you want to put scanlines on.

9: Drag the scanline in to the picture, and cut it out so it is on the clipboard.

10: Click Edit -> Fill (Ctrl + F) -> Image

11: Choose clipboard and Tile the image

12: I want to have the Transparency/opacity to 85%. Choose what you want and click OK.
